It comes with 4GB DDR4 RAM. The Synology DiskStation DS923+ is capable of sequential read speeds of up to 225.99 MB/s and write speeds of up to 225.9 MB/s. It also comes with two USB 3.0/3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports, which allow it to be connected to your Windows or Mac system. It is equipped with an AES-NI hardware encryption engine, it offloads the encryption calculation tasks from the main CPU. It supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, Hybrid, Basic, and JBOD.
